Joseph O'Connor
Chief Underwriting Officer / President of Programs and Brokerage
Joseph is a Partner and acts as the Chief Underwriting Officer for WealthGuard's in-house underwriting unit. He has over 30 years of successful global underwriting and executive management experience. He has held senior positions with several large international carriers as well as two start-up ventures that later went public. His unique multiline expertise, recognized leadership and strong relationships with key trading partners has helped WealthGuard rapidly develop and grow our specialty programs offering.
Certified as a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and licensed in Property & Casualty insurance, Ian enjoys helping his clients find commercial insurance solutions that meet their business needs. Originally from Baton Rouge, LA, Ian now lives in Willis, TX. Ian holds a B.S. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Licensed in Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines insurance, Rashmi brings over five years of commercial insurance experience to WealthGuard. As a Technical Administration and Underwriting Assistant, she specializes in underwriting support for all WIG Programs, policy documentation, administrative operations, and process management.
